A Wix product configurator in one element
Add a 3D product configurator to Wix with the Embed code element: where to paste the line, how to set the height and how to check the mobile view before publishing.

Set it up
Add it to Wix in a few minutes
- Build your product, or open it in your admin, and copy its embed line.
- In the Wix Editor, open the page, click Add Elements, then Embed Code, and choose Embed HTML.
- Click Enter Code, select the Code option and paste the line.
- Stretch the element to the full width of the section and give it plenty of height, for example 900 pixels or more.
- Switch to the mobile view, check the element there and adjust its size separately.
- Publish and test the live page in a private window.
Wix renames its menus from time to time, and Wix Studio uses slightly different labels; look for the element that embeds HTML or code. Check your Wix plan as well, as some code features depend on it.

Example. Your own line is on the product page in your admin, under "Embed on other websites", and on the page you see after building.
To add a 3D product configurator to Wix, add an Embed code element (Embed HTML) to the page, paste the one-line embed into it, then make the element tall enough on desktop and in the mobile view. Quote requests from the configurator land in your Next Configurator pipeline.
What it is
A Wix product configurator is a 3D designer on your Wix site where buyers set sizes, choose options and send a quote request. Wix does not let you paste scripts straight into a page; it runs them inside an embed element. The Next Configurator line works there, as long as you give the element enough room.
Height and mobile view
This is the part that needs care on Wix. The configurator resizes itself, but Wix shows the embed inside a box with the size you set in the editor. If the box is too short, buyers see a scroll bar or a cut-off request form.
- Desktop: make the element tall enough to show the 3D view and the full option list. Test with the longest product.
- Mobile: Wix keeps a separate layout for phones. Check it there and make the element taller, because options stack under the 3D view.
- Test the request form: scroll to the bottom on a phone and send a test request.
What the buyer sees
The buyer configures on your Wix page: sizes of the garden room, door position, cladding colour, glazing. They see the model change, view it in AR on their phone and send the request, with site photos or a measuring visit if you switched those on.
Where requests arrive
Requests land in your Next Configurator pipeline, not in Wix Forms. Each becomes a numbered quote with options, a PDF and an online quote page. Because Wix runs the code in its own frame, check in your ad account after a test request whether conversions arrive as expected.
Things to check
- Element too short, especially in the mobile view.
- Consent banners that block external scripts: allow the configurator as functional.
- Allowed websites: if you limited the embed per product, add your Wix domain and your connected domain.
- Several pages: one element per product page, each with its own line.

Book a walkthroughWhy is the configurator cut off on my Wix page?
The Embed HTML element has a fixed size. Make it taller in the editor, on desktop and separately in the mobile view.
Can I use Wix Velo or custom code in settings instead?
The page element is the simplest route. Site-wide custom code places scripts in the head or body of every page, which is not where you want a configurator.
Does it work on the free Wix plan?
Check your Wix plan. Wix decides which code features each plan includes, and that can change.
Will buyers see a scroll bar?
Only when the element is shorter than the configurator. Give it enough height and the page scrolls as normal.
