In your pipeline in the admin, as a deal with the full configuration. The staff member who owns it, or the store owner, also gets an e-mail.
Can I reply from the request itself?
Yes. Pick a reply template in the customer’s language; it goes out with your shop’s e-mail as the reply-to address, so the answer comes back to you.
What happens if I call and nobody answers?
Log it as no answer and a call-back task is created for tomorrow, so the request doesn’t go quiet.
Do I need a form builder or CRM next to it?
No. The request form is part of the configurator and the pipeline is built in. You can still send requests on to other tools with webhooks.
