A pergola configurator that quotes while you're on site
Put a pergola configurator on your website and buyers design their own pergola in 3D, with your prices on every click. You get the request with size, roof, colour and extras filled in.
Every option your pergolas have, in 3D, step by step
Our Aluminium pergola template ships with 16 options and 39 choices.
How pergolas are usually priced, and how to set it up
Set these rules once. Every configuration your buyers make is priced the same way you would do it by hand.
- Base price from a width × projection table in your production steps, not a flat m² rate: a louvred roof jumps in cost when a span needs an extra beam or post.
- Roof type as its own table or surcharge, because a glass or insulated roof prices differently from louvres at every size.
- Side closures per side and per width of that side: a 4.5 m zip screen is not the same price as a 3.5 m one.
- Standard colours (RAL 7016, 9005, 9010) included; any other RAL as a fixed surcharge per pergola.
- Lighting per package or per louvre run, with RGB as the premium step.
- Installation as its own line: a base amount plus a size band, with freestanding pergolas carrying the foundation work.

Why a contact form loses pergola buyers
A pergola is sold on sizes and choices. On the phone or by email every one of them is a question: how wide, louvres or glass, which colour, screens on which side. A contact form that says “tell us about your project” pushes all of that back to the buyer, and most of them leave to find a site that shows a price.
In a configurator the buyer answers those questions by clicking and sees the pergola change in 3D while the price follows. The request that reaches you is complete. Whether you show a live price, a “from” price or no price is your choice per product; our guide on showing prices without attracting price shoppers explains the trade-off.
How to set up your pergola configurator
Start from our parametric pergola model at build your configurator: your size ranges, the roofs and sides you sell, your RAL names, your prices. Put the options in the order a buyer thinks: mounting and size first, roof next, then colour, sides and lighting.
Leave out what needs a site visit. Foundation type, ground slope and power supply belong in the request form, where the buyer can add up to five photos of the terrace and book a measuring visit on your calendar. Switch on AR so the buyer can place the pergola on their own terrace with a phone before they send the request.
Selling tip: sell the second season with the sides
Most buyers order an open pergola in spring and come back for zip screens or sliding glass when the evenings get cooler. Show the sides in the configurator from day one, and offer them as a Comfort option on the quote next to the Basic pergola. Buyers who see the closed version in 3D often take it straight away, and the rest know what to ask for in September.
Where the configurator goes
Paste one embed line on your WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or Wix page, or use the storefront that comes with the plan on your own domain; see how embedding works. Google, Meta and TikTok conversion events fire on the request with its value, so you judge campaigns by quote requests rather than clicks.
One plan covers it all: see pricing, or book a 30-minute walkthrough and we set it up with your pergola. Selling glass rooms too? See the veranda configurator.
The questions your pergola buyers have
- Will a 4 m projection fit between the house and the edge of my terrace?
- What does it cost with screens on two sides instead of one?
- How does an anthracite frame look next to my white window frames?
- How much sun comes through with the louvres half open?
Mistakes sellers make putting pergolas online
- Showing one fixed photo price that never matches the quote.
- Offering every size to the centimetre when the factory works in fixed steps.
- Asking for foundation type and ground conditions in 3D instead of at the measuring visit.
- Sending the request to a shared inbox where nobody answers it for three days.
What you get
- The request with every parameter, the 3D screenshot and the price breakdown in your pipeline.
- A numbered quote in two clicks, with Basic / Comfort / Premium options, a PDF, an online quote page and e-signature.
- Follow-ups that happen: unanswered requests become tasks, opened but unsigned quotes get a reminder.
- Production sheets from the same configuration: bill of materials, cut list and work order.

Questions, answered
Still deciding? We'll walk you through it with your own product.
Book a walkthroughCan I show prices only to serious customers?
Yes. Per product you choose a live price, a “from” price or quote only. Many pergola companies show a “from” price to filter and send the exact quote after the configurator request.
Do I need my own 3D models?
No. The pergola template is parametric: your sizes, your options, your colours. If your product has a feature the template does not cover, we can add it.
Does it work with my supplier's product range?
Yes. You rename and price options in your own words, so any aluminium or timber pergola system fits.
How long does it take to go live?
Building from the template takes about 3 minutes. After that, the time goes into your prices and option names, not the 3D model.
