Production sheetsLive

The quote, turned into a workshop instruction

An accepted quote becomes a production sheet automatically: bill of materials, cut list, work order and installation checklist, with the customer's site photos attached.

Bill of materials from the configuration

Frame parts, screens and fixings by size and colour, straight from what the customer accepted.

A cut list in your profile lengths

The same dimensions the customer signed for, so the cut list can’t drift away from the quote.

Work order and install checklist

The workshop gets the job in sequence; the install team gets what to check on site.

Site photos on the sheet

Photos the customer attached to the request appear on the sheet, so the workshop sees the real wall or terrace.

How it works

In 5 steps

  1. A quote is accepted and signed; its configuration is locked.
  2. The system generates a bill of materials from the configuration: frame parts, screens, fixings, by size and colour.
  3. A cut list follows from the same dimensions, in the lengths your profiles come in.
  4. A work order sequences the job for the workshop, and an installation checklist covers what the install team needs to verify on site.
  5. Any site photos the customer attached in the request appear on the sheet, so the workshop sees the actual wall or terrace, not just numbers.

In short

A production sheet is the bill of materials, cut list, work order and installation checklist generated automatically from an accepted quote's exact configuration, so the workshop builds from the same sizes and options the customer chose rather than a re-interpreted note.

What it is

Once a quote is accepted, the configuration behind it (every size, option and colour) is already known precisely. A production sheet turns that configuration directly into what the workshop needs: what to cut, what to order, and what to check on install, without anyone re-measuring the quote by hand or guessing at what “extra-wide, anthracite, screens on two sides” means in parts.

Why it matters for an installer

The handoff from sales to workshop is usually where mistakes creep in. A verbal description of the quote, a handwritten note, a misread dimension. Generating the cut list and work order from the same data the customer configured removes that re-interpretation step entirely. For a small team, this often matters more than the quoting speed itself: it’s the difference between a job built right first time and a costly resize.

Where this fits

Production sheets follow from any quote built on the 3D configurator, and stay consistent because every configuration comes from the same catalogue. See the whole flow on pergolas or carports, check pricing, or book a 30-minute walkthrough.

Does this replace my workshop's own process?

No. It gives the workshop a correct bill of materials, cut list and work order to start from; how you run production day-to-day stays yours.

What if I need to adjust the configuration after acceptance?

Edit the quote (it versions as Q-0042-v2, v3) and the production sheet reflects the current accepted version.

Can the installation team see the site photos from the request?

Yes. Any photos the customer attached when submitting the request are shown on the production sheet.
